The Association relies on the generosity of volunteers who give their time, skills and energy helping others & also having fun, meeting other volunteers at our social events.

You can help by -

• Driving members to meetings, social events & hospital appointments.
• Helping at our fundraising events
• Organising an event
• Speaking about the work of our Association
• Spreading the word by distributing posters, leaflets, collection tins
• Becoming a befriender
• Offering your expertise, maybe you are a nurse, carer, counsellor or a retired professional looking for a new challenge?
